You have 7 days from the delivery date to send items back for a full refund or store credit — your choice! 🙌

SHIPPING

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We anticipate orders leaving us within 5-7 days! Custom design and print work takes time.  Let us know if you have any other questions regarding shipping time! If you are needing something rushed for a birthday, anniversary, ETC, please don't hesitate to reach out to customerservice@envystylz.com & we will do our very best to accommodate :)

Qualifying orders for FREE SHIPPING are available. 

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim and resolving the issue. We will work with the carrier to help ensure a satisfactory outcome.

HOW TO RETURN

Our return address is 106 N. Main Street, Suite A, Grand Saline, TX 75140.

Please include your original invoice! It is attached to your shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping and if your original order was free shipping, it will be deducted from your credit to cover the new shipping as we only cover free shipping over qualifying amounts and or qualifying orders, once per order.

Once we get your return back, we will issue a store credit via email so you can order the correct size, item, etc! This helps keep our inventory perfect! 

PLEASE NOTE EXCEPTIONS: Many items are eligible for returns, however, the following items are FINAL SALE and NOT ELEGIBLE FOR RETURN: BLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY SALE, All $19.99 tees or less, all items ordered using a discount code OVER 10% off, Styled -x- Envy bags, accessories, all jewelry, hats, purses, grab bags, and ANY AND ALL personalized or custom t-shirts, including those sold on live broadcasts and auctions.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it WILL NOT qualify for a return.

While we don't mind changing the address before an order ship, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, it is too late unless the order returns to us as a bad address.  There is nothing we can do about that otherwise.  Please be sure the address is correct.

If your order is returned to us due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to the correct address. If you are alerted that your package has been returned to the sender, please email customerservice@envystylz.com so we can send you a shipping invoice. If your return to sender mail sits at our warehouse for more than 30 days, it will then be donated to our local shelter. 

If an order needs to be canceled, we require a 20% cancellation fee. 

Discount codes CANNOT be added once an order has been placed.
